EKU Recruitment Showcase scheduled for March 27,2010

Anyone interested in playing Hockey for the 2010-2011 season is invited to join the team on March 27, 2010 at 2:30 pm at the Hamilton Center Ice Arena in Columbus, Indiana.The Colonels are excited to announce the first annual EKU Hockey Showcase for players interested in skating with the team for the 2010-2011 season. As schedule conflicts make it hard to see everyone of our high school recruits skate during their regular season, we have reserved a block of ice in Columbus, IN to give any interested players the opportunity to skate with the players and coaches. Skaters who work hard and perform well will have the opportunity to reserve a spot on the Roster for 2010-11.
The Hamilton Center Ice arena was chosen to provide a central location for our recruits who are traveling from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. We invite all who are interested to take the ice at 3:30 pm for some skating drills and a light scrimmage. All skaters should bring a light and dark Jersey. Please join us after the Showcase in the Patio for some great information on the Academic Programs EKU has to offer and Admission requirements. Dinner will be provided after the session for $5 per person in the Patio at the Ice Center. Players and Coaches will be available for questions. All High School Juniors and Seniors and transfer students interested in playing Division II ACHA hockey while earning a High Quality Affordable Education are invited to attend!
